HERE'S HOW IT WILL GO...
STEP 1:
Book a Discovery Call
Book a discovery call to chat about all your furniture wants and needs. Maybe you’re very clear on what you want and just need help with getting it or maybe you need some help with figuring it out. Let’s have a chat.
STEP 2:
Create a Custom Order
This is where we get down to business to actualize your furniture wants and needs. We’ll do this by exchanging pictures and drawings. By the time we’re done with Step 2, we will have found the furniture you like, picked out the materials, and nailed down the dimensions.
STEP 3:
Get Quotes
Once we’ve figured out a few pieces of furniture you’d like to get, I’ll get you a few quotes directly from our artisan suppliers.
STEP 4:
Submit the Order
When we’ve nailed down all of the details, we’ll submit the order for your custom pieces to be made from scratch. From the time you place your order until it arrives in Hawaii is approximately 2 to 4 months.
STEP 5:
Pick Up Day!
Once your furniture has left Bali, we’ll track it through the Pacific and will give you an estimated arrival date. When your pieces have arrived in Honolulu Harbor and have cleared U.S. Customs, you’ll have 5 business days to pick them up and they’ll be all yours! You can arrange to pick it up yourself or hire a moving company to deliver it.
